INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS COURIER & CARGO (IXC)
IXC • Mumbai, India

Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the general conditions for using the IXC website and making a courier or cargo enquiry. Please read the shipment-specific quotation and booking confirmation before proceeding. If a separate written agreement applies, that agreement will govern to the extent of any conflict.

Important: An enquiry or quotation request is not, by itself, a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after IXC communicates acceptance and the applicable service, charges and requirements.

1. Enquiries and customer information

Please provide accurate sender and receiver details, pickup and destination locations, item description, number of pieces, dimensions, actual weight and any other information requested. Incomplete or inaccurate information can affect availability, charges and handling.

2. Quotations and charges

Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may depend on route, service, dimensions, actual or volumetric weight, number of pieces, pickup location and carrier acceptance. Final charges and applicable additional fees must be confirmed for the specific shipment before booking. The website does not guarantee a fixed rate for every shipment.

3. Pickup, transit and delivery

Pickup and service availability must be confirmed for the exact PIN code and shipment. Any transit time is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing. Flight availability, operating conditions, destination coverage, third-party service conditions and events outside reasonable control may affect transit.

4. Shipment acceptance

All shipments are subject to applicable law, route availability, service-provider acceptance and any required screening. Do not tender an item until IXC has confirmed that the shipment can be accepted. Customers must accurately describe contents and follow the instructions provided for their shipment.

5. Packaging and shipment details

Packaging requirements depend on the item and selected service. Charges may be assessed using actual weight, volumetric weight or another applicable method communicated in the quotation. Customers should keep booking receipts and shipment references.

6. Cancellation, loss, damage and complaints

Contact IXC promptly if you need to cancel a booking or report a concern. Eligibility, timelines, evidence requirements and any refund or claim depend on the booking terms, service stage and applicable service-provider conditions. No outcome is guaranteed by this general summary.

7. Website information

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but service availability, coverage and charges may change. Website content is general information and is not a shipment-specific offer until confirmed.

8. Contact and applicable law

For questions about these terms, contact InfoInternationalexpress07@gmail.com. Applicable law and dispute handling should be assessed in accordance with the final business arrangement and applicable Indian requirements.
